The easiest way to reach the herd

Find us where the runs already live.

Strava carries current run details. The public Facebook Page and Instagram carry news, photos and ordinary messages. The Antler Shed is an optional group for volunteering, planning, run-day support and club photo sharing.

For an ordinary question, send a short message to the public Facebook Page or Instagram. Keep personal access needs and conduct concerns out of The Antler Shed and use the private guidance below.

A boundary or conduct concern

Start with a short message, not the whole story.

Our community standards explain current contact options, conflicts, privacy limits and external confidential guidance. Club social messages may be accessible to more than one administrator and are not an emergency or confidential reporting service.

See how to raise a concern

Tell us what would help.

Send a direct message before the run and describe the practical barrier and the adjustment that might help. Share only what you are comfortable sharing. You do not need to provide a diagnosis or prove a disability.

A Herd Leader can talk through the meeting place, route, surface, slopes, bridge access, curb cuts, crossings, pace, communication, sensory needs, a support person, a service animal, a running stroller, wheelchair or another mobility device before you decide. We will listen, look for a workable option together and be honest about what the volunteer team can provide that day.

Not running right now?

You are still welcome in the community. Message us to confirm the after-run coffee plan and come meet the herd without needing to run first.
