Full run detailsMonday and Wednesday currently work best for people who can run most of about 6.5 km. The full outing usually takes 40 to 50 minutes, including two brief regroup stops. There is no target running pace.

We meet beside the Wolastoq, near Sitansisk, on the unceded and unsurrendered territory of the Wolastoqiyik. Our regular loop follows trails whose Wolastoqey names carry the history of this place.
